Startup Expo, the flagship event of E-Summit, stands as a powerful platform for early-stage startups to showcase their ideas and connect with leading investors, mentors and industry experts across diverse domains like AI, EdTech, FinTech, AR/VR, IoT, Drones, Robotics, Defence and E-Commerce. Previous editions have brought together 55+ startups, 5000+ professionals, 85+ investors and incubators and 80+ media platforms, while generating soft commitments exceeding INR 18 crores. Registration Process

  1. Selected startups will be notified through email and phone after the review and selection process.

  2. Following the shortlisting process, startups must confirm their participation by sending an email to E-Cell MANIT Bhopal at startupexpo@ecellnitb.com .

  3. Subsequently, each selected startup will be assigned a unique slot number and a point of contact from the E-Cell team.

  4. Upon confirmation, startups are required to complete the payment process to E-Cell MANIT within 3-days. The booth allocation fee is INR 8,999 for a booth of 8×8 sq ft, which includes banners, posters, 2 chairs, a table, and an electric socket, along with a pitching session in front of a huge investor panel for fundraising. for convenience.

Screening Process

1 The startups are selected and screened based on the quality, scalability and market potential of the service or product presented by the startup.

2 Pitching Session before a panel of distinguished investors which will be followed by visits to individual booths, facilitating direct interaction between investors and participating startups at Central India’s largest Startup Expo. Based on the evaluation conducted by a panel of judges comprising investors, mentors and selected members from E-Cell NIT-B’s partner organisations, the participating startups will be awarded with cash prizes or credits.
